At Beach Buddy Products, LLC (“Beach Buddy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following Refund & Return Policy carefully before completing your order.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and inserts
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

For safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use in water or outdoor environments may not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@beachbuddyfl.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Beach Buddy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
  • Email us at support@beachbuddyfl.com if the issue persists
