1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing) typically range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

Beach Buddy currently ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International shipping may be offered in the future. Please check back for updates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Beach Buddy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to help.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Beach Buddy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
